Challenge:

Dynatrace needed our help to sell a complex software product. We needed to communicate the complicated features and benefits of their software in a way so compelling that it turned prospects into buyers and existing customers into super-users and brand evangelists.

Solution:

A complicated, high-stakes, B2B sale is best made face-to-face. So, we created Dynatrace Perform, a dynamic software user and partner conference bringing 2,500 attendees together in Las Vegas for an electric event. The experience consisted of:

  1. High-energy business theater that engaged, entertained and informed the entire audience with keynotes and video splashed across multiple screens and 85 feet of LED wall.
  2. More than 40 breakout sessions providing hands-on education, demonstrations and interaction in smaller group settings.
  3. An innovative partner expo that reimagined the traditional “booth” setup, transforming it into a trendy lounge complete with a DJ, unique F&B stations, mixed reality demonstrations, an arcade, a social media wall and more.

Results:

Customer feedback revealed Perform to be the most-loved conference in Dynatrace history. And with more than 2,500 attendees, it was also their largest. What’s more, the event also garnered rave reviews in Virtualization and Cloud Review, ComputerWorld, ComputerWeekly and more.
